Meet Dr. Choi

Dr. Jinsun Choi, MD, is a highly regarded endocrinologist specializing in diabetes, metabolism, and obesity medicine with over 15 years of experience practicing medicine in Orange County, CA.  She is board-certified in both endocrinology and obesity medicine.

She founded Personal Endocrine P.C. in her pursuit of practicing medicine with passion and discernment, and providing a personal solution to common endocrine conditions such as diabetes, obesity, thyroid, hormone abnormalities and osteoporosis.  Dr. Choi aspires to build meaningful patient-doctor relationships with her patients, based on mutual respect and trust.

She earned her medical degree from the University of California, Irvine, School of Medicine, and completed her residency in internal medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Choi further advanced her expertise with a fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and City of Hope.  Dr. Choi has been affiliated with Hoag Hospital and Kaiser Permanente in Orange County. 

She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Korean, and offers telehealth services for added convenience.
